I've had a problem with some Worktop Express worktops & the customer services department has made a factious remark suggesting I contact the MD. Does anyone have there name & email address so I can call there bluff.

Before you send them an email I would recommend:
1. Not using words like "factious" (did you not mean facetious by the way?)
2. Learning how to correctly use "there", "their" and "they're"
Otherwise, they may not take your email very seriously!0 -

Oh dear...
You may see the post correcting your mistakes as an attack on yourself.. BUT... They do have a point. If your complaint is poorly worded they may see you as an easy person to fob off and just keep pushing you around until you give up.
Similar to some posts where people have gone into a shop shouting they know their rights and they want this. Quite often they have it wrong and had no right to demand what they were after.
Clear concise wording works wonders when complaining, spelling mistakes and text speak may get you nothing more than a runaround.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

Well, I was being a bit of a **** by making that post but there is a very valid point in there;
If you can't use "there" correctly then maybe your email will be deleted or you won't be taken as seriously as you should be?0 -

It is a forum for people to express their opinions, not just answer your questions or your terms!
Sometime the most useful advice is that which you least want to hear.
I answered your original question back in post 2. Given the attitude you have displayed since I rather wish I hadn't bothered.0 -

Well how will people like you learn to express yourself correctly if your never told that you are wrong?.
I'm not surprised they told you to contact the MD they probably couldn't understand what you were on about and thought the MD might. :rotfl:0 -

He was trying to help your letter sound more professional which would help your case, it's disgusting to reply the way you have.
Shame on you.0 -

If that's how you react to a post giving some advice about grammar then how are you going to react when you get advice that correct but not what you want to hear from Wortkop Express or another firm you have an issue with.0
