Ryanair

Can someone explain why when I looked yesterday at a flight from Dubin to Nice return, which was priced at 0.01 euros each way - the flight with taxes was 20 euros.

But today, with taxes it is now 32 euros.

Not that I'm compaining about the price, but can't understand why the taxes have suddendly increased.

Comments

  • The flights went up in price ?
  • Because they sold em..... The taxes will not have changed. Sometimes if you buy via Ryanair.ie it can be cheaper than on .com or .co.uk

Grab it when you see it.
I save so I can spend.

The price did not go up.

Each flight is still 0.01 euro.

But they have increased the cost of taxes.

When I looked a few days ago the tax was 9.99 euros each way, which made it exactly 20 euros return.

They have increased the cost of tax from Dublin from 9.99 to 22.74 - 16.95 PSC, whatever that is.

But a few days ago it was 9.99.

They havn't - they just manipulate the taxes so they can have E10 one way flight promotions. Otherwise they would have to sell the flights for - (minus) E23 or something for it to add up to E10. Basically the tax is greater than E10
they are charging. and the higher price is the non-promotional price with the correct price. You've missed the boat on the offer basically.

The flight which was 20 euros return, then 32, is now 52.

Still 0.01 each way, but they have now increased taxes, fees and charges from Nice to 29, from 9.99 euros.

I have never flown with Ryanair before.

If I book this flight for 52 euros, could someone please tell me if there are any other charges.

I see something about a 2 or 3 euro check in fee.

I won't be putting any luggage into the hold - just hand luggage.

    Thanks

Don`t know how far away this flight is but the prices do go down sometimes but not usually within the last 2 weeks.
