Hi there,
Was just hoping to get a little advice, I have received a Notice of Intended Prosecution for speeding. Is there any way to avoid getting points or is it set in stone?
Thanks in advance for any replies.

It depends on how much over the speed limit you were. If you weren't to far over and you haven't done one in the last 3 years a speed awareness course should be available.0

What was the limit and the alleged speed? Advice really is dependent upon the allegation.0
