Hi all.
I've been checking my credit file and they have my next account showing -£10. Now when I paid the statement for money due in the shop I had an item I was going to get delivered within the couple of weeks. They let me pay for my previous statement and they put the value of the item I was going to collect on top which is £10.
Now my next account is clear not showing a minus but on my file it is showing -£10.
Is this an incorrect info or not

How long ago was this? It can take 4-6 weeks for your credit file to update.0

It depends when Next update the CRA's then how long it takes the CRA to update your report. Then assuming your are using on of the free credit reports it won't update for a full month after the above has happened.0
