    If it's declared then it makes no difference, if it's not declared and the Insurer does not insure customers whose vehicles are not registered in their own name, then they're entitled to void the policy

    My son wrote off a 10 week old c1 when he was side shunted by a much bigger car who drove over a roundabout and straight into him. My son was pushed along the road and slammed into a brick wall. Car was a write off but my son got out of the car with nothing more than a very slight scratch on his arm.
