ParkingEye at Morrison

I was parked in Morrison car park in east London, run by the parkingeye. Now my registration number plate is very similar to my post code address. Over the christmas period my daughter in-law on two different occasions, only days apart put in my post code by mistake into the machine instead of my car registration number. Resulting in two parking fines in the post. I did explain why this happened because of the similar letters and numbers, and I did have the parking tickets, I was not over the 2 hours, which I sent to them as proof. They wrote back saying they needed proof of shopping at morrison, receipts or bank details, again I sent them all this, it even cost me £5.00 to get copies of my bank statement. Now they have replied back : The signage located at the car park advises all motorists to enter their full, correct vehicle registration into the payment machine, and it has come to our attention that incorrect vehicle details was input on the date of the parking even which has therefore resulted in a parking charge being issued. As a gesture of goodwill we would like to offer you the opportunity to make a discount payment of £20.00. This will be on a without prejudice basis, however we must warn you that if the balance is not paid in 14 days it will increase to the original value.
Any advise on this please, I did pay for the parking as required and was not late leaving, my only mistake was entering the wrong details into the payment machine.

Email Morrisons tonight and ask them to cancel it, they should do by next week. Do not tell them that PE have 'offered' to settle at £20, just COMPLAIN:

    donotreply@morrisonsplc.co.uk

Do that email right now with copies of your Bank statement and any Match & More card, too, if you have one. The above email WORKS. You must (of course) give them the PCN numbers.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
