Can anyone recommend a good set of sockets. I need to do some work on my car and rather than constantly hit up the neighbour..I thought I'd get my own set. Can anyone recommend a good set for about 40pcs.
There are soo many brands and qualities that I'm just not sure. I think if It can be done for about £30 or less of a reasonable quality that would be great.

screwfix.co.uk do a range of stanley socket sets for approx 20/30 quid.
perfectly suitable for the diyer.
a 3/8ths sq drive set is prob the best to start with.Get some gorm.0 -
