Can anybody please give me advice on the easiest way to get to Hatton Garden on the tube?
I can arrive at Victoria or Charing Cross, which ever gives me the better options to get to my destination. The least faffing about on the tube the better.

You need to get off at Farringdon or Chancery Lane for Hatton Garden or, if you don't mind a bit of a walk, Holborn.

Sadly - none of those stations are that easy to get to from Victoria or Charing Cross!

Maybe go from Charing Cross->Baker St, then take the tube all the way to Farringdon. A bit longer than going via Kings Cross, but it's a simpler transfer between lines.

There is a bus from Victoria to Hatton Garden.

That might take a bit longer but be less hassle than the tube.

Also check out buses from Charing Cross.

If your Charing X train stops at Waterloo East then you can get a 63 from Blackfriars Road up to Farringdon Road.

Edit: 17 or 521 from London Bridge too.

There is an app called citymapper that will give you real time directions.

You may prefer to get the tube over the bus, I get 17 and 521 bus and both can be overwhelmingly busy which makes for stressful journey if you're not sure where you are going. particularly the 521. This won't be mentioned on the App.

It does depend on the time of your travel. Beyond 10am things calm down dramatically. Also good to have your phone handy, whilst Londoners can be so helpful, if you're in a tourist area you may struggle to get directions.

I'll echo the thanks, I also hadn't seen that map, and as I quite often will use the bus in preference to the tube if I'm not in a rush it's pretty handy.
