Nuba / MBNA Card Balance Transfer question?

Hi, applied for a Nuba Balance Transfer credit card, got accepted, received my pin and am currently awaiting the card in the post.
At the end of the application (i think?) i did a balance transfer of about £1000 from my other card. Will this go through automatically once i activate the card & online services or do i need to do something else too? Just finding it a bit unclear. How will i know that's gone through or not?
many thanks if anyone can clear that up for me

If you gave all your card details, it could go through automatically, but it will also depend on whether the limit is sufficient.

yeah i tried phoning them before this, but you need the card number before they'll let you talk to a human. i'm still awaiting the card in the post. limit is sufficient.0

pretty unhelpful reply that actually. reminds me why i never use this place. if you don't know the answer then why reply? especially with a thinly veiled jab at the end.
simple question, nobody knew, fair enough. simply don't reply maybe & let it fall off the page.0 -

A little rude seen as you want help and advice!! But yes assuming all the details are correct the transfer will go through automatically. Although on the statement when you get the account it may be a few days after when you set it all up (applied for the account and transfer).0 -
