Anyone else having difficulties booking?


After being asked to enter our contact details the site said we had already booked tickets - which I know we haven't.


Presumably this is a technical glitch?

we have had the same problem....I wrote to the tech help desk at the Times and will call in the morning if they don't respond (0800 018 5177)...please let me know if you have resolved since you posted. thanks.

Normal service seems to be restored now thankfully :-)

Checked yesterday and today but there doesn't seem to be any availability at all. Has anyone else found the same?

Yes we've had the same problem - have emailed the helpdesk and tried to call but no luck - there's a recorded message saying they are aware of technical problems and trying to resolve them but I checked again just now and same issue. We'v been trying since yesterday early evening. First it showed two available dates only which I went to check on the calendar but by the time I came back (3 mins) they had both disappeared and now showing no availability. Very frustrating. Please let me know if you have any luck!

Hi I've just tried to book but it says promotion closed. Doesn't suggest a date you have to book by apart from the May 15 end date. Anyone ideas?
