Same here just had a 33 quid cashback declined on TCB which is the second successive cashback declined from them, maybe I should contact Saga directly and ask for my 33 quid

No more TCB for me but in my view Quidco are just as bad.

i might be wrong but i think insurance not paying out can be taken to ombudsman , im sure i read it on here somewhere

Personal experiences will obviously differ, but I've always found TCB to be very helpful when chasing missing cashback, whereas Quidco have been no help at all and do not want to know, closing enquiries and complaints without even looking at the evidence.

So I found what looked like a good deal on fibre broadband - a BT package with Unlimited 50mbs fibre, tv, line-rental and sim for £11 after BT incentives and cashback.

Unfortunately TCB was offering the highest cashback rates and rather than going with quidco and getting them to match I went with TCB.

    Big mistake.

Firstly although TCB had been offering £205 for weeks for this package it tracked at about £140 which was not a rate they were offering at that time for any package.

Now 5 months later (it was due in 2) the cashback has been turned down as normal no reason given. I use a dedicated browser, no add-ons and clear all cookies before I do cashback transactions so have very few failures.

Is it just a one of story of cashback not tracking? No. I made the mistake of sharing the deal on HotUKDeals and many others have had exactly the same experience.

TCB have been as much use as a chocolate teapot in all this, just telling me to wait when it took much longer than advertised and now telling me to submit an enquiry - except I can't on their system because I already did for the amount being wrong.

A very expensive lesson learned for me and all those others who followed my advice. Don't use topcashback, their customer service budget goes on TV ads not looking after their customers. Quidco will match their rates and stuff generally tracks with them and if it doesn't their CS sort you out.

Thinking of using TCB? You have been warned.
I had a similar problem with TCB/BT. Cashback only part paid. Apparently I left it too late to put in a claim even though TCB's own website said wait for it to uplift when it became due, when it became too late.
Write to merchant direct. Then if no joy, there is always the small claims court. Despite TCB's protestations to the contrary, you are entering into an agreement/contract and vice versa. This is a sizeable amount.
TCB are a bunch of useless charletans

Well I'm sorry but that is silly. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. If the cashback doesn't track, you haven't lost anything. But when it does, the gains can be substantial.

I've received more than £2,300 in just over 6 years. Less than £100 has been declined or failed to track.

I've had a similar experience. Until now I've found TCB to be good, I moved to them after more and more issues with Quidco.

My BT cashback tracked at £155 when it should have been over £200. Rasied a case to be told, wait until it's confirmed then it should uplift.

It's now about 5 months since I took out my BT contract, and it's just been declined with the reason that I have since cancelled my contract with BT.

A lie! I've provided the VOL numbers requested for all services, and very much still have the same service I signed up to originally. So they had better sort this out.....
