Hi looking for some advice, i've been fixing my credit rating for the last year or some made some real good progress but i've had a long running battle with equifax about my ER info, i had enough of the backwards forwards dance with them, so i asked to make a complaint (surprise my data magically appeared!) and they have upheld my complaint, it says about the financial ombudsman but is it worth carrying on with, i got what i really wanted but is it worth following through or am i wasting my time?

So you got what you wanted, and you ask whether there is a point to complain further because... umm.... you got what you wanted but not enough complaining has been done?0

Sorry poorly worded, it's more about the power these people wield over our life without having to care, i've never complained about anything but i feel like this is the kinda one that should be looked at to keep company's in check, but thanks for your response
I've never done anything with the Financial Ombudsman so i don't know whether it's worth following through or not worth my time.0 -
There is nothing for you to gain from further complaining because your problem is now resolved.
And you have all the power, just follow the simple thing of checking on your credit file every few months to make sure that there are no errors on it.0
