1. The prize is Rickshaw Travel’s Thailand with the Family: Elephants & Islands itinerary – a thirteen night Thailand itinerary – for a family of four people (where there is at least one child aged 18 or under at the time of travel) and includes return international flights with Eva Air and domestic flights with Bangkok Airways, breakfast and some other meals (TBC at the time of booking), accommodation, local transfers and excursions.

Itinerary details:

• 4 x International Economy (N) Fare Return Flights with Eva Air from London Heathrow Terminal 2 to Bangkok, dependent on availability (see available travel dates in section 5.3).
• Passengers will be liable for all taxes, fees and charges applicable at the time of ticket issue
• Available travel periods include: 06 Feb-24 Jun 2017 // 06 Jul-24 Aug 2017 // 06 Sep-14 Dec 2017 // 11 Jan-20 Jan 2018 //06 Feb-28 Feb 2018

Domestic flights with Bangkok Airways include:

1. Accommodation varies throughout the trip and will be confirmed at least three weeks prior to departure.
2. Local transfers include some airport pick ups/drop offs, taxis, sleeper train, minibus and return ferry to Ko Phangan
3. The prize must be booked by 31st May 2017, and at least 3 months in advance of the departure date.
4. The prize is available for select travel periods (see previous sections) between 14th June 2017 and 28th February 2018 subject to availability.
5. Travel insurance/transfers to the airport in UK/visas/some lunches and dinners are not included in the prize and must be covered by the winner.
6. The prize cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
7. The prize cannot be combined with or replace an existing booking that the winner might have for a similar or like for like holiday with Rickshaw Travel.
8. The winner may make amendments to the prize offered but at additional cost to the winner.
