I am executor for my late brother's will. He has left everything to his 14 year old son for when he reaches 26. Do I go to a solicitor or a bank to set up the trust fund? Or maybe see a financial advisor? There should be around 75000 to invest.

AN IFA would be a good idea. Better a STEP solicitor. Despite the will the lad is entitled to the full sum at 18.budefraser wrote: »I am executor for my late brother's will.
