Which Suppliers Allow Single Rate Elec Tariffs on Dual Reading (Economy 7) Meter

            Hi
Are there any new suppliers which will take the two readings together? I was with Usio and don't really want a smart meter until they are fully compatible.
 TIA0

Fab thank you. I'm going to ring a few of my cheapest options today so I'll update later.0

You don't need a smart meter - just get yourself a single rate meter if you no longer wish to take advanatge of the low rate electricity on offer 7 hours every day with E7
Interestingly, when the price cap comes in next month for those on a SVT tariff, the normal (day) rate on E7 is capped at a lower rate than the corresponding single rate too :money:
(and there is no difference in the standing charge cap)
Ebico, supplied by Robin Hood Energy, can supply a single rate tariff despite having an E7 meter.
 - well they have for us, despite us never requesting it - but that may just be RHE incompetence.
(when there is no electricity being used at the premesis, it doesn't make any difference - just that we were moved to their zero standing charge tariff)0

Yes, under "I know my amount" on the quote, enter your total usage and then a 0 in the box below, this will provide you single rate tariffs. You will still need to provide us with 2 readings when with us0

 Hi wavelets
So the price cap for day rate on E7 is less than a single rate? Sorry don't know what the V is for, variable?0

I gave up on one select as I was on hold for 15 mins.
Peoples energy answered quickly, chap with a lovely Scottish accent.
Yes they also offer a single tariff for E7 meters. He said to sign up as E7 then ring to be put on to the standard tariff.0

Well, having been told a few weeks ago Bulb would add together the two meters, today I've been told they don't. The man did apologise and said something about a training day? but the previous man I'm sure went away to check before he confirmed they could. Anyway I am going to shoot off an email just to make sure and in the meantime I'll use the dehumidifier at night. 0

Updating thread as I've just read Yorkshire energy will bill one rate for two meters.0

Both First Utility and Octopus offer a flat rate E7 tariff too.0
