I've had an email confirmation for my order, I have just logged into to check the status and they are charging my card for the full amount !!!

My confirmation of order email shows the discount, but the amount they are charging to my card is full price ???

Has anyone else checked their statement?? or has this happened to anyone else?

I've had an email confirmation for my order, my order total was £13.00 it accepted the 10% code and the £10 off code.

My confirmation of order email shows the discounts off the order, giving it a total of £1.70 to pay, but I have just logged onto the track my order and viewed the statement and the amount they are charging to my card is full price ??? Well £11.70 it's take off the discount voucher but not the £10 voucher...... :eek:

Has anyone else checked their statement?? or has this happened to anyone else?

i think they take the whole amount and then refund the discount, so they will take £11.70 then refund £10 - no idea why!!
