    Can someone please check for me, if you log in to the website and go to 'track your order' does it display the 'total value' as the value WITHOUT the discount? That is what mine are showing, but the emails I have recieved are showing that the discount has been applied...:confused:

    Got my first delivery in this morning, rest should be here Monday, so I thought I would have a try on Kays too.

    Picked an item for £12.00

    Took the XX279 for the 10% off
    took the ZQ354 for the £10 off

    so my £12 shop is once again reduced to 80p..

    only problem is this:
    We are currently experiencing high levels of demand so please allow an extra working day for standard delivery. Thank you for your understanding.


    I can't think for the life of me why they may be busy :confused::D

    ok it is taking the 10% off voucher but refusing the 5 pounds off on a 6 pounds item saying the voucher rules are not met... HELP!

    It shows the full amount without the discount on the tracking page but I have checked my bank account and the discount has been applied .. in fact I got the discount first then they took the full amount. :cool:

    can someone at least hazard a guess as to why these codes only work for some people?

    I ordered yesterday and did the £6.00 spend and used the £5.00 code ( ZQ346) off.

    I then played about and found if you do a £12.00 shop you can use XX279 for the 10% off and then use ZQ354 for the £10 off also.

    Why not buy 2 of the £6.00 items ( they will only cost you 80p afterall :rotfl: )

    I don't know why you are having the problems you seem to be having...

    If you put an item into your basket( Example costing £12.00), then proceed to the checkout.
    The discounts are added into the small promotion code box, if they are accepted nothing happens on that stage, if there is a problem it will tell you there and then.
    When you go to the final stage to provide payment details, it will show the amount with the discounts taken off, then you go to part 4 the order completion.
    I am paying by card, had not trouble on any of the 3 sites...
