Sell My Feed in Tariff

I've recently come across a website that offers to payout a lump sum for your Feed in Tariff from Solar Panels.
Company is Called Zup Energy Assets (on web page SellMyFeedinTariff).
I wondering if its legitimate firstly and if anyone has used them?
Secondly is it worth it? Looking at it initially it looks like they'll pay out a reduced amount on your remaining tenure (20years approx.), I assume to cover for inflation and to make some kind of profit.
At the moment this would help considerably towards a deposit for my own house (I bought them for my parents house), but obviously I'm going to get a significantly reduced amount compared to sticking out the 20 years. I would expect this, however I just want to make sure its worth it on the long run and if its legitimate.
Any advice would be appreciated.

If you go to the Green and Ethical section of this forum, this scheme has been discussed several times - not sure if it is your particular company.
As you might expect the consensus is it is a very poor deal. That is without the complication of selling your property when a firm has a lease on your property.0 -
One third of the remaining FITs plus export seems to be the going rate. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
