boiling water tap and separate spray tap

Hi folks, we are currently planning new kitchen and we would like to have a boiling water tap that will also combine with normal hot water and cold water from the hot water tank (this is the one we got:- https://www.qssupplies.co.uk/bathroom-furniture-shower-taps/80368.htm) and separately a spray water tap (like this:- https://www.tapsuk.com/abode-chrome-pull-out-rinser-handspray-at1100-p26649).
Our hot water is gravity fed from the hot water cylinder but the cold water comes from the mains. Our kitchen designer said its not feasible having both as it will impact on each other and therefore could void the warranty of the boiling water tap.
We really wants both so is there a work around? Perhaps separate pipes from the mains to the boiling water tap and one to the spray? Grateful for any advice/views please. Thanks.

Probably not what you want to hear, but personally I wouldn't bother with the boiling tap. If it is anything like the one we have at work it isn't hot enough to make an adequate cup of tea or coffee. I still use the kettle.0

I wouldn't buy from Taps Uk. Not a good experience with their stuff many moons ago. £61.99 isn't enough for a tap that does funky stuff.
I think the spray taps also need decent pressure. My friend had to have a separate pump for her spray tap with gravity fed hot water. Makes a bit of racket!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Thanks for replying. I'm actually not buying from Tap UK - the link was just an example. Our kitchen designer would get the taps for us.
This is the actual boiling water tap that our designer is getting for us:- http://www.rouxlifestyle.co.uk/monaco-hot-water-tap . Reviews for this tap is good so we are happy with this.
Can the spray tap be connected separately to the mains rather than connect to the gravity fed hot water? Why can't the spray tap be just cold water??:beer:0 -
Errr......£954.00 gawd.
Personally I would want to see one working in someones house before fitting one myself.
NOT one in in a showroom that may have been shall we say 'modified'.
Flow rate is usually terrible in fact flow might be too strong a word probably dribble would be more appropriate.

the designer is actually selling the tap to us for £500 and we wish to proceed but the main purpose of this post is to seek advice re connecting the spray tap separately to the mains rather than connect to the gravity fed hot water? Why can't the spray tap be just cold water??
Any plumbers out there that can advise please?:beer:0 -
I can't see any reason you can have the spray just connected to the cold main. It's completely sperate to the mixer tap.0

What would you wash your hands or do a bit of washing up with? Freezing water or boiling water?Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

The main 3 in 1 mixer tap will have hot: cold and boiling. This will be a stand alone spray tap which will more then likely only have a single half inch connection underneath0

If you are going to buy a boiling water tap either get a quooker or an ISE tap. The quooker is a better product. Dont buy anything else. They are just not as good. We’ve had to remove your signature.
