ZZPS / TPS Car Parking
Comments
-
Hi
I have a similar situation,, I have a parking pass to park anywhere on the nhs trust I work for car parks.
However there is a small car park that is controlled by TSP. I received a fine for parking on there I had no idea it was a private area. The signage was extremely poor and I had photographic evidence. I appealed immediately to TSP stating all this. This was around 8 weeks ago.
Today I have received a further fine from ZZPS for £160 outstanding. I've had no response from the initial appeal,, it clearly stated on the original ticket that I have 28 days from the date of the ticket to appeal, and that if that appeal is unsuccessful I then I will still be given the opportunity at the reduced rate. As I said I've had no response from TSP RE appeal. I also got the quote about parking eye vs beavis in the letter.
I've emailed ZZPS to explain this and TSP are clearly breaking their terms and conditions by not responding to my appeal. As a single parent and not a very well off one I am extremely worried about this help!!!!!0 -
