ParkingEye POPLA stage

Hi All,

I have been researching for a week now and would like your help at winning at POPLA.

I'm doing on behalf of someone else, but the story is:

She parked in Morrisons and got a ticket from PE. I appealed for her as the registered keeper, not naming the driver (I used a template from here) and received a POPLA code a few days ago.

This is where I am now stuck. The initial NtK was the one without the space at the bottom, ie. had the bit about PE going after the keeper if the charge is not paid within 29 days.

I have already gone on the newbie thread and also searched the forum for similar PE cases but could not find a template to use.

I did see this one
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/71563041#Comment_71563041

but it wasn't clear to me.

Would someone be able to help me further?

Thanks in advance

She parked in Morrisons and got a ticket from PE.

    Email and complain:

    donotreply@morrisonsplc.co.uk

It will be cancelled within a week. Do that before POPLA.

Morrisons has responded saying that out of goodwill they have issued instructions for the PCN to be cancelled.

Do I need to contact PE? What happens next?

I would email PE and ask for confirmation.
