Thank you Tesco and Bissell

What great service from both Tesco and Bissell.
Had a problem with the hose of a Bissell Vacuum cleaner.
Took it back to Tesco on sunday and they offered to refund as they could not replace it.
We did not want a refund so they suggested we ring the Tesco electrical helpline and let us use their phone to do so.They suggested to ring Bissell and gave me the number saying they were open on sundays so I rang them there and then.
Could not have been more helpful, said they would send a replacement hose.
It arrived tuesday.
Brilliant.
