downloading unsold items to a file

I asked this on an existing thread but think it is perhaps best as a standalone question.
As there have been no business free listings now for a while I have a lot of unsold items that I don't want to lose the listings for. Can someone point me in the general direction of an idiot proof explanation as to how to download these somehow in a format that would allow them to be re uploaded if we ever get another free listing.
Thank you

I'm happy to be corrected but I don't believe it is possible to export your unsold listings from eBay.
depending on how many you have and if you have a basic shop etc you may think it's worthwhile to relist them all @ 9p each
If some one here can point you to a link where you can still down load turbo lister ( I can't I'm afraid but I believe it's still doable) (failing that I have the last download saved and could forward)
Once installed Turbo lister can then import all your active listings. Once it has done that it can then Export those listings as a CSV file to a folder on your desktop and you can use that CSV file to upload in bulk when eBay get around to another 50,000 etc.
This sounds more complicated than it actually is, but it is a way out.
For what it's worth though, failing memory is telling me that eBay have not given free listing on previous years in Feb.
I also think that I have been offered a 3 month free shop upgrade recently (which I can't find) and perhaps that is why there is no 50,000.0 -

I think there *might* be a way of downloading them as it was mentioned in the community boards as someone said eBay CS had talked them through it, but I can't find the thread so might have imagined it.
I've got around 500 unsolds and they're not really worth paying 9p to relist, I just bung them up when they offer free listings and sell a dozen or two each round.
The 50,000 listings were quite regular for a couple of,years, I was lucky enough to get them around every 7-8 weeks so got rather spoilt. No one at all seems to have had any since November. AS for the free shop upgrade, I get that offer about every 12 weeks without fail and also got the offer even when the free listings were in force.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Impossible to understand how eBay thinks but I can confirm that my last 50.000 was on the 12-18th December. Having said that I know I didn't get them one month last year when everybody else did.
It always seemed to me that ebay gave out the 50,000, then they would run the 30 days, then there would be a week gap and then they would give the 50,000 again.
Have to agree that they do spoil you though and a statement of intent would be useful so that I could decide if a shop upgrade is worthwhile0 -

Apologies yes, my last lot of free listings was December.
Just reading the community boards and a couple of people on different threads claim to have been told by eBay that the free listings have been stopped....I do hope that isn't true. My own sales are really not good enough to warrant the upgrade to the next shop stage unfortunately.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. The only thing I can think of is that you create a template from your listing, which will keep them hanging around.0

Unfortunately it's my unique items I'm trying to save, vintage, collectable, antiques etc. Not big sellers but if they find the right market then they do sell, which is why I relist every time there is a free event.
I'll have to have a rethink about this and decide what to do. I've moved a few across to etsy paying 20 cents for 3 months but sales there are poor to non existent so I'm not sure that will work for a larger amount.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I've spoken to ebay and apparently you need to subscribe to a file exchange service, they sent me a link but it doesn't really seem to be what I want.
There is also a look a like turbolister that got a mention on Tamebay, but I wasn't sure about its credentials.
I've decided to start getting my unsolds off, manually and either charity shopping them or going forward with a website. So I'm now going to look for a basic free to start with website . I will then list in certain categories and if someone buys from me on ebay send a compliment slip out with the item pointing them to my website where I sell similar items. That's just a quick trouble shoot and will leave me with items that are not suitable for a website until I upgrade to a proper one with advertising etc, but also not really something I want to charity shop quite yet.
I'm going to be busy.
It does appear that ebay are hoping that sellers will just upgrade their shop and carry on selling rather than face this dilemma, looking at the community boards it seems a lot of sellers have decided to do that- so ebay win with their free listing strategy. It will be interesting to see if they move on to the private sellers at any point in the future, or whether they will just continue getting virtually unlimited free listingsI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Just a quick warning for business sellers who took advantage of the free listings - items listed during the last FLE are about to 'fall off' your unsold page and be lost.
I can't believe I am the only one affected, and wonder if sellers realise the listings will disappear. The only other time I've seen this mentioned is on another forum of mine where it has just dawned on a seller that in their case, they are about to lose around 1000 listings built up over the past few years of these free events.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Yes, but only a basic shop so currently I'm on 200 inclusive listings. I added greatly to that when the 50,000 offers were on and so had an excess of approx 500 items. I'm down to around 225 now as I have combined some into MVLs and charity shopped a fair few.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
