emails sending as MIME from phone

Hi.
I did two things on my phone yesterday which may be responsible. I added a gmail address and allowed it to control/organise?? but have since removed the address and it's still the same. Secondly I opened an attachment from Tesco to print, couldn't work out how to so saved it in onedrive then printed it from the laptop.
Does anyone know how to stop the emails sending as MIME code please?
It's a Samsung phone using Outlook.
