New to music streaming

I've just started listening to music on Spotify (their free service only), and I love their different playlists. What I want to know is if I paid for a subscription is there a way I would then be able to play their music on my car stereo?

You could install the Spotify app on your phone, and then (maybe, somehow) connect the phone to the stereo.

In the old days, there would sometimes be 3.5mm socket on the stereo. Maybe some car stereos have Bluetooth now...?

I think the free app allows you to play only playlists in shuffle mode. The paid app lets you choose individual songs, etc.

I have a device that plugs into headphone socket, it broadcasts to an FM channel that I tune into on my radio, powered by ligher socket.

Also with a paid for subscription you can prior download playlists via wifi to the phone without incurring data charges on the phone whilst in the car
