    Not unreasonable at all, it's very confusing, but NatWest aren't going to change the system just because of your complaint. They'd need a shed load of complaints before they'd take action. In future you'll have to remember that with NatWest the only way to send a payment on a Monday is to wait until Monday to send it.

    Points to note:

    Payments and transfers that you make online after 6.30pm Monday to Friday, at weekends and on Bank Holidays go through immediately, but the date on your screen will show as the next working day
    Usually, Faster Payments will be received by the payee almost immediately after leaving your account, but can sometimes take up to 2 hours.
