Just to let you all know when my husband took it apart it was obvious the cooling system wasn't working. It wasn't the original system either - that must have been changed when the repair company changed the motherboard (if they did). It was a Corsair cooler. He has now replaced that and it is all working fine. Looks like we have a pc that will give us a few more years service.
