Help with Euro Parks and DRP please

I would very much appreciate any advice on where to go from my current position with Euro Parks and Debt Recovery Plus.
I am the registered keeper of the car. Apparently my husband overstayed in Sainsburys Richmond in November. I was in work that day.
My husband said that he didn't over stay and had a receipt for shopping from the store, but has no idea where that might be now.
The first we knew of the charge was earlier this month when I received a letter from DRP. The original letter from Euro Parks never arrived. I immediately filled in the online appeal form on EP website and copied and pasted the template from the newbies thread. The next I heard was another letter from DRP today pilling on the pressure.
I've emailed EP to tell them that they haven't responded to my appeal and request for a POPLA code and asked them ask DRP to stop sending me threatening letters. Perhaps they haven't responded because its already been passed to DRP?
I was going to contact DRP too, but see from their website that the only option they give is to pay or call them. I don't want to do either.
All advice gratefully received :-)

Thanks for responding. So is your advice to keep contacting Euro Parks and take it through to the small claims court if necessary?
If their case is that I overstayed in the car park, I will be able to produce evidence that I was in work all day on that day and no where near the Sainsbury's car park.0 -
So, I've just received this reply from Euro Parks customer services and I still don't really know what to do next. I definitely wasn't driving.
Good Afternoon
!
The PCN XXXXXXXXX issued XX/XX/2016 at Sainsburys – Richmond for! Your vehicle was parked longer than the maximum period allowed! is now with Debt Recovery Plus! - you are out of your time line to either appeal.! In order to receive a POPLA code you have to appeal within the time frame, have your appeal processed and rejected and then a unique 10 digit code will be issued
!
The PCN was processed and sent to the registered keeper (details provided by the DVLA) 28/11/16
No payment
The Notice to Keeper was processed and sent to the registered keeper 19/12/16
No payment
!
Debt passed to Debt Recovery Plus 30/01/17
!
Incoming communication logged 10/02/17! - standard advice will be provided – the debt is with Debt Recovery Plus and therefore all/any communication must be with Debt Recovery Plus directly
!
For the avoidance of doubt:-
Private land
Law of Contract applies
Signage is quite clear in its intent to include entrance signage
Customer Only Car Park – maximum stay – no vehicle return
Consumer contracts does not apply
Due to the amendment to the protection of freedom act 2012! - the RK should provide a serviceable address of the driver (or can be made liable through civil action for all/any associated costs)
DPA has not been breached
!
ECP have followed client instructions and the PCN has been issued correctly, ECP have followed due procedures at all times
!
All/any communication must be with Debt Recovery Plus directly
!
ECP are not able to assist you further

edit the last post and remove the reference and any other personal details too
IGNORE THEM BOTH SEEING AS THERE IS NO POPLA CODE
ECP have 6 years to try a court case , so watch out for an LBC or an MCOL in the post
try and get the landowner/landholder to cancel it by showing proof of patronage of the supermarket
and IGNORE DRP0 -
and I still don't really know what to do next.
Seriously??
Despite Redx putting in red, several times: IGNORE DRP
and despite the NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST' (which we assume all newbies have read first) sticky thread having an entire post #4 all about 'ignore the debt collector stage' and how tedious & toothless the letters are.
and despite this thread:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5035663
and despite the fact this is only Euro Car Parks who never sue drivers:
http://www.bmpa.eu/companydata/Euro_Car_Parks.html
(the single claim in 2016 shown there looks unlikely to be about a parking charge - probably a contractor or employee or supplier dispute, like any company has)
...and despite the fact that if you search this forum for 'Euro Car Parks Debt Recovery Plus' you find umpteen other threads all ignoring them. I've ignored ECP myself, nothing happens, just the daft debt letters that fizzle out in the end.
So, more to the point seeing as the NEWBIES thread tells all newbies to firstly, COMPLAIN TO THE RETAILERS, showing a receipt - what happened when you or the driver complained to the Sainsburys Store Manager and asked them to cancel this piece of irritating fluff?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks everyone. I know that you must find people like me frustrating :-) I'll be taking your advice and IGNORING DRP!
Thanks a million.0 -
Yay, penny has dropped, and be aware that 'Zenith' are also a trading name of DRPlus and they also use a Gladstones letter heading which carries the wrong address (old address) for that solicitor. All part of the letter chain.
However, a real LBCCC from Gladstones without the old 'RED COW YARD' address would need to be taken seriously and responded to later on, as would a court claim. We've never yet seen a poster here lose v Gladstones at a court hearing (not such a biggie as it sounds).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
