Is it too late for Bank Charges

Hi,
Is it still possible to claim back bank charges, and how far back would it be possible to go? I have some that would possibly be around 12 years old (huge chunk).
Would this even be a possibility?
Thanks

The banks won the unfair bank charges case in 2009. They only consider current financial hardship cases now and that is on a goodwill basis.I have some that would possibly be around 12 years old (huge chunk).
More like 12 months if you meet their hardship criteria.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
