Is it too late for Bank Charges

Hi,

Is it still possible to claim back bank charges, and how far back would it be possible to go? I have some that would possibly be around 12 years old (huge chunk).

Would this even be a possibility?

Thanks

The banks won the unfair bank charges case in 2009. They only consider current financial hardship cases now and that is on a goodwill basis.

More like 12 months if you meet their hardship criteria.
