Offering tenants opportunity to purchase property

Properties round here are taking many months to sell. Can you afford to be without rent for that time? It depends also how helpful the tenants would be. How tidy they are, for example.
Estate agents want to get the instruction. Anything that might hold that up, like evicting the tenants, is not in their interests. I would not trust their advice.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
If the tenants are not keen to move out, they can gently sabotage the selling process...
- leaving the property messy when the EA comes to take photos
- accidentally leaving the odd mouse trap, box of rat poison visible during viewings
- leaving the bathroom dirty, grimy, unventilated for viewings (a very big turn off, according to EAs)0
