Really impressed by Experian

I contacted Experian today as I needed a credit report. I had used them years ago, but forgotten the whole saga. The rep was checking my details, then asked me if I had ever received my pin number before. I hadn't and remembered that I had a problem in getting it (and then forgotten about it, and months later realized I was still paying the standing order, and cancelled it). She said as I had never accessed my account and as I had reported not receiving a pin, she could arrange a refund. She worked it out, and told me that £300 would be refunded to me!!! I am over the moon - and so impressed at their honesty, very rare these days.
