Ticket booth -Supply of Tickets for lesser value area

In March 2016 I purchased 2 Tickets for the Ireland V France 6 Nations Rugby game on Sat 25th February 2017. I paid £200 each for Tickets in the Red Zone - these were the dearest available tickets and were positioned either side of the half way line. On 15th February 2017 when I had not received the tickets and the game was only 10 days away I contacted Ticketbooth to ask where they were. I was informed that they could not explain why I had not received the tickets but would look into it. As we were due to travel mid week 22/23rd Feb I highlighted this fact and despite numerous emails - you cannot contact the company direct I registered an initial complaint with Paypal who advised re their resolution procedure
On Monday 20th Feb I received an update to say that they were sourcing replacement tickets .Later that day I was updated to say that tickets had been obtained and they would be with me on Tuesday 21st Feb.
Tickets have been provided but are not in the area that I had paid for. They are in a corner on the try line. I have highlighted the fact that The tickets supplied are A Not in the area that I had purchased and I do not consider the matter to be resolved.. I am also being told that the tickets are an upgrade in terms of Value. The company are still advertising tickets for sale in Zone 1 which clearly is the area that I paid for tickets in albeit as the game is now only days away are considerably dearer. I have raised the initial complaint with Paypal which gives the supplier 20 days to resolve the issue but supplying tickets in a different area I don't feel is resolution. - What's peoples views on this

Me personally i love the corner flag .
When a wingers flashing feet squeeze through a microscopic gap .0 -
What was the original value of the tickets in the zone you've now been given? That's your claim for loss (if they won't supply the original tickets) - anything else would be goodwill for the inconvenience.0

A quick look at current prices would suggest you are due a refund of about 20% on each ticket if you decide to go.0
