Thanks. I've removed points 3 and 5 and have embedded the photographs, as well as changed some of the wording. It is been sent off - I'll update this thread regarding the result. Thanks again for the help!0

Just received a large and comprehensive refutation of my arguments today, sent to POPLA by F1rst Parking and forwarded to me. What options do I have if POPLA fails?0

Is it worth commenting on the evidence?0

You'd ignore F1rst because they are not litigious, it is not a reason to pay just because an appeals process fails. Is it worth commenting on the evidence?
What have they done in terms of proving there was a readable sign with the sum of the £100 parking charge in very large lettering, near the car? Any photo with car and huge lettering sign? If not, say so.
Keep it short and punchy, don't re-argue your appeal as POPLA will not read it and don't introduce new evidence. Go for bullet points on the Portal and if the POPLA Portal is not open for comments (it closes really quickly, in days) then email POPLA instead.PRIVATE 'PCN'? I have seen the stats for F1rst Parking - I plan to ignore post-POPLA. I'd rather win at POPLA though - I'll upload the document I sent POPLA as well as the evidence package from F1rst Parking here in a couple of days0

I've never seen anyone lose yet at POPLA v F1rst...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That was over a year ago when this 'new' POPLA was brand new! Untrained, useless Assessors didn't realise that a lack of a NTK meant the appellant keeper couldn't be held liable. OMG that one was ludicrous...doesn't happen now. But you named the driver anyway so you shot those toes off without POPLA helping!
Idiotic clueless brain farts by POPLA when they started this service (by the 'Ombudsman Service') don't count!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

POPLA decision: your appeal was unsuccessful.
What a waste of time0 -

Strange - very rare - not that it matters. Can you show us the decision please?
