I was wondering how long would it take for DVLA to update my licence with my name change, I will be posting it today.

They reckon about 3 weeks, but our lass did hers a couple of years ago and it was about 2 weeks. Suppose it depends how busy they are. Doesn't affect your right to drive.0

I changed the address on my licence a couple of weeks ago and it was back in five days. Allow up to three weeks though I'd say.0
