Just popped back on to give JUDI a special hug. Life has been so unfair on you these last few years. Look after yourself.
The wind has got back up again here and it feels so cold. When Storm Doris arrives it will be wilder than ever by the sound of it. I am just hoping we avoid the snow overnight as we have Mr TA's Oncology appt tomorrow and, after psyching myself up for the scan results, I'd hate to have to cancel it 'cos we couldn't get there. Fingers crossed.
Meanwhile, looking forward to our carvery at teatime with DD and DGDs but the little group of us has grown! Eldest DGD's friend now coming too and 3 friends of DD! The more the merrier I say and it might take my mind off tomorrow.
Have a nice afternoon folks if you can xx
NAN that's good news for you both. Enjoy planning your holiday! x"If you dream alone it will remain just a dream. But if we all dream together it will become reality"0 -
Karcher I'm so glad the dog was found unharmed - I agree with you though, a "thank you" wouldn't have hurt. I'd have given a box of chocs or a bunch of flowers too, if it'd been me.
Dumpling I hate having workmen in the house - or even just in the garden - so I do feel for you. Hopefuly they'll crack on with the work and be out of your hair quickly.
I've had a very rough day today; an all-consuming feeling of dread, and my heart pounding mercilessly. I expect it's just reaction to all the recent stress.
Mr LW is on a DVD kick this afternoon - I've sat through "I Robot" and "Inception" and now he's just put on "John Carter of Mars". *rolls eyes*If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
Evening ((((((((((hugs)))))))))) if you need one.
Very late posting today, it has not been a good day have spent most of it in bed. I spoke to the Dr this afternoon, I have to go in and see him in the morning.
I slept in the day bed last night, OH was restless, so removed myself. Have done nothing, OH cooked a scratch supper, quiche, roast spuds and salad.0 -
