Apart from cash and Bitcoins what are Irreversible payment methods?
Nowadays the buyer can do a reversible chargeback on bank transfers even on a direct cash deposit into seller account.
So what Irreversible payment methods are out there?

No they can't.
If you are selling personal things through small ads etc then just stick with cash on collection.
