Just checking here. I purchased a CD player singing machine thing for my daughter about 3 weeks ago. Last week the CD starts jumping etc. I had a CD cleaner disc made no difference. It keeps doing it quite frequently and getting annoying now.

I have the box and most of the internal packaging, though some of the internal packaging we did dispose of. I have the receipt am I right in saying the shop has to refund me or give me a replacement? Though I not really trusting the actual make now. Seems very china built!

But yes if it is faulty and not just a bad CD then you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days. They do have the right to test it first though, even if that means sending it away.


Everything is China built these days, that means nothing.

It's doing it on all the 3CD's provided and others I have tried in it. They are welcome to test it.
