My wife stayed in this car park today and went shopping with our two young children.
She went to two and got the parking voucher but was on the way to the ticket pay machine and our 6 month old started screaming so she went straight to the car and thought we could pay online later that night but was wrong there is no option. She went back instore to see someone who said there was nothing he could do as it was run by highview and they will send a letter. She was only 10 minutes over the 2hr max And 15 minutes was spent riding around looking and waiting for a mother and child space to become available. Any advice would be appreciated as I've heard the fine is £75:mad:

Unlikely to get a PCN for ten minutes as they have to add a grace period of at least ten minutes to the free parking time.it was run by highview and they will send a letter. She was only 10 minutes over the 2hr
If you do get a PCN, as long as the driver is not named and the registered keeper appeals, as per the forum advice, Highview are so easy to knock down at POPLA it's laughable. Easy peasy this one.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
