Great website, good prices, BUT.......really, really appallingly bad customer service.
I've experienced it several times now with different bookings over the past year, so it's not just a 'one-off' bad experience.
Yeah, sure they'll respond to an enquiry within a day or two but they never actually address the specific query or point that is being made. They send a non-specific or irrelevant reply such just so that they can close the query on their system.
Because no one person takes 'ownership' of an enquiry from start to finish, it encourages their staff to send off any old non-specific response, safe in the knowledge that when you then re-send the query it is unlikely to come back to that particular individual.
The cycle is then repeated, until they decide they are not going to reply to you at all.
In short they don't give a toss. Definitely to be avoided.
