I can see your reasoning and given what you say, what point is there in going for a MR and then an appeal for those like me that have had their DLA closed down because of the 0 points PIP decision if even they win, the award will not be backdated? Isn't it best for those that are transferred to put in a new claim instead of appeal, at least that way the award would go from the date the new claim is received?0 -

It would be backdated, but to the date of the PIP decision, or to the last DLA payment.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -
