Gladstones Letter

I have received a letter from Gladstones solicitors saying they are acting on behalf on Debt Recovery Plus who are in-turn acting on the behalf on UK Car Park Management Ltd regarding an outstanding payment of £149.
It says if payment isn't made within 14 days to DRP then further action will be taken against me, talk of going to court.
I have never received any correspondence from either DRP or UK Car Park Management, however I moved house so letters from them might have been sent to my old address?
Does anyone know my best course of action?

Search the forum for 'Gladstones debt collector Red Cow Yard' and see that the use of Gladstones old address exposes this for the random DRPlus letter it really is (just like Roxburghe used to use 'Graham White Solicitors' letter heading).
As it is UKCPM, was this fake PCN from a residential block of flats site where you had a AST or lease and therefore (probably) certain rights to park, pass or re-pass with a vehicle, regardless of a third party sign?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have never received anything on my windscreen and no letters from UKCPM or DPR. So I have no idea where or when it's from?
I have recently updated my driving licence though from my old address to my new one so I don't know if I have had letters sent to my old address.
Will check other threads but have no idea where or when this "charge" is from?
Should I contact Gladstone and ask for details?0 -
No. They are not involved yet, that is a debt collector letter if it uses the wrong address as already explained.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
