I went for MK Logic Plus large rocker switch for the lights a bit more expensive but much nicer to look at and use.0

Toolstation also do click and collect.0 -
Make sure you want USB sockets as you may find you need to replace them shortly with USB 3 sockets.0

As for screwless covers, you do need the wall to be sure of them clipping in place propely.
And has your electrician a prefered brand, maybe?

TLC direct. I used them for my extension. Good quality stuff and decent prices.0

TLC will I think order 'specials' in for you if you need them. Manufacturers like MK have a much wider range than most of the mass-market retailers carry.
For quality I would suggest Hager (their lightswitches have a spare terminal if you want to loop the neutral in at the switch) and for gridswitches, Click / ScolmoreA kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0
