Direct Debit requirements for switch rewards

Hello everyone,
I'd like to switch my bank account to nationwide, and my friend would like to refer me to so we both get a £100 reward.

The conditions state that two direct debits are required on the account. Well, right now I don't have any direct debits.

What would be the most convenient and cheapest direct debits that I could put on?

The T&Cs state only: 'A minimum of two existing Direct Debits on the old account must be transferred as part of the switch. No other types of automated payments such as Standing Orders will count towards this criteria.'

Anything I could easily put on and get away with? Charity donations perhaps?
