Vodafone mossed payment

Options
Hello

Me and my Gf are going for a shared ownership mortgage. My credit raitng shows as very good and hers shows as poor. This is due to some missed payments from Jan -June 16. She spoke to Vodafone and they say there is nothing to pay and she is in credit £21 ( balance showing on credit file) and this is being refunded to her this week.

All seems very confusing to us. The default date field shows as blank so does that mean it has not been recorded as a default and they are just missed payments instead?

Our broker says it wont stop us but will affect the type of mortgage offer we are offered.

Do actual missed payments show on the credit file itself?

If so then call Vodafone, and/or dispute them with the CRA. Ask for compensation.
