Student Overdraft

Hi all 
I have a student fee-free overdraft with HSBC. I am currently in the overdraft and have been for a few months. However on both clearscore and mse credit club the balance is given as £0. Does this mean the fact that I am using the overdraft is not being reported to the CRAs?
