Cutting laminate flooring in situ

I've just re-laid our laminate flooring in the lounge after taking it up while building work was being done. It's gone down ok (I numbered every board so it's in the exact order as before) but in some places it seems very tight against the skirting. To be honest it was tight in a few places when I took it up but I thought nothing of it, the guy who laid it for me when we first put it down hasn't done a good job at all at leaving expansion gaps. I'm worried if there is any movement that it may bow... has anyone had any experience of trimming laminate while it's down? I really don't want to take it back up to trim. Was looking at maybe something like this but wasn't sure if it'd do the job?

Thanks. Trying to avoid doing to much to the skirting as it's all freshly painted :-/
multi tool is the way to do it in situ.
Get a cheap pack of blades on Ebay as well, no need for pro blades, its only laminate.
Get ear defenders as they are SUPER loud and you'll be really close.
good luck!0
