Horizon Parking - Scotland - Ignore?

Hi all,
Looking for a bit of advice. I have read multiple threads on here, and the NEWBIES sticky, and I'm wondering if the correct course of action for parking fines in Scotland is still to ignore? I had heard from a few people this was no longer the case, but people on here will know better.
I have received 3 letters from Horizon for parking +3 hours. I had been using Tesco for parking to go to work for over a year, and it seems as though Tesco have now employed Horizon to manage the car park. I wasn't aware of this, and must've parked there about 6x before I received a letter (no longer parking there) so I wouldn't be surprised if I receive a couple more. There were no tickets on the car at the time, and the letters have my name as the registered keeper.
whats the best course of action here?
Thanks
