Aldi site with receipt PE

Hi everyone,
This is my first post and I would like to say that this is an amazing forum. Special thanks to CouponMad!
Now I would be grateful for advice on the following matter: I received the PCN from PE at an ALDI site in London and I have a receipt for that. That was my first shop at ALDI, so never knew about the registration no. system that they have inside the shop, esp. that I entered in the evening and could not see anything.
I read the newbies thread and just wanted to clarify if the blue print appeal is also suitable for cases with receipts, because on the thread it says that it gets a rejection and I hope to get it cancelled without going to POPLA.
Do I still use the blue print appeal template and add that the driver has a receipt?
Many thanks

have you been back to the store , spoke to the manager , shown receipts and explained that you did not see the registration thing?0

Yes but add a line that the occupants of the car were genuine patrons and here is their receipt as proof - the fact is no Aldi staff member pointed out any keypad which must have been hidden in a corner, if at all.I read the newbies thread and just wanted to clarify if the blue print appeal is also suitable for cases with receipts, because on the thread it says that it gets a rejection and I hope to get it cancelled without going to POPLA.
And try asking the manager in person to cancel it, and send a complaint online to Aldi HO, attaching that receipt.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Many thanks for replies.
Aldi manager sent my other half (I wasn't there myself) off and said to appeal online.
We'll send the appeal online as advised by Coupon-Mad and also to Aldi and we'll see what happens.
I'll let you know once we get a reply, hopefully soon.
Does anyone know how long it takes them to reply?
Thanks0 -
now write to aldis head office or email them or give em grief on their facebook page , state that the managers attitude stinks , snd lidl is close by ,0

You are right - Lidl is so close by and better, in my view.
My first and last shop in Aldi...
Manager's attitude, I suppose reflects the fact that it's a busy London. He might get 10s of these a day, although that not an excuse.0 -
Don't rely on Aldi cancelling. I had one in Hatfield Ald a while back, spoke to site manager as well as HO. They were not interested. I only won by spending time myself using advice from this forum and got it cancelled at POPLA.0
