Near the top of the first page (one back from this one) where the forum threads are listed - as all stickies are on most forums.
Then it's post #1 (which is quite lengthy) of the sticky, scroll down to the blue text version - if the PPC is a BPA operator.
Any more advice required, please start a new thread of your own (new thread button also on the first page).
By the way - no need for green text - makes it difficult to read compared to normal black text - and regulars have so much to read (and answer) every day of the year!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. The sticky thread was created in 2013 to save us having to type out the extremely lengthy and detailed advice, literally every few minutes. There are very regular updates as the law changes, legal precedents are set or new tactics work. You can see how recent these are by checking the 'Edit' date at the foot of each post (section).
I can categorically assure you that the sticky has been written and edited by the country's foremost expert on private parking matters - and is absolutely bang up to date.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
