I am having trouble posting or editing posts only on this MSE website.

Nearly every time I try to edit or post - the next page brings me to a new page where I have to tick a box
which states beside it - Please complete security check - I am not a robot. Once I tick the box, it takes me to a blank page, I then have to go back or close the browser and start again to no avail, it just keeps repeating/popping this page up. :mad:


What is this all about.

Seen a couple of threads with a similar issue. maybe they are testing anti spam controls?

Try a different browser, Are you using adblockers or noscript or similar?

Which ISP are you with?

I'm not sure how this works, but you could try rebooting your router. You might get another IP address, which might fix the problem if (for some reason) your IP has been flagged as suspicious.

It happened to me today, just the once when I was trying to post a reply. It asked me to verify then redirected my post to the correct page.....Hasn't happened since.
